The Opportunity: Micro-Community Site Navigator
Site Navigators provide on-site case management at our Micro-Community, building trust with residents and connecting them to housing, benefits, and community resources.
No on-call or after-hours crisis response required beyond phone availability for agency or
client emergencies.
Flexibility to build rapport with residents, provide housing navigation, and connect residents to benefits and resources.
Ongoing collaboration with the on-site Site Coordinator and office staff.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in case management or community outreach, preferably with
the homeless population.
Certification: Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) preferred — lived experience genuinely valued.
Valid New Mexico driver's license and current auto insurance, with willingness for extensive
local travel
Skills:
Familiarity with Santa Fe area resources — housing, healthcare, employment,
transportation, human services, and education.
Strong interpersonal, interviewing, listening, crisis management, and de-escalation skills
Sensitivity to trauma, gender, ethnic, and other cultural factors
Word processing, internet research, and ability to learn databases (EMR Bear, Unite Us,
HMIS.
Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
Pay: $41,200.00 - $51,500.00 per year
