The Sales Assistant plays a role in supporting customer interactions, providing product education, and assisting with new account enrollment. This Sales Assistant position offers hands-on experience working directly with customers while receiving structured training and ongoing support.
Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Engage with residential customers in person to introduce AT&T products and services
- Provide clear, accurate information on wireless plans, devices, and promotions
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist customers through the enrollment and activation process
- Maintain a professional and informative approach in all customer interactions
- Represent services with integrity, transparency, and attention to detail
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on product knowledge and communication skills
Sales Assistant Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow a structured process
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
