We are expanding into full-service construction, commercial projects, and long-term development opportunities across New York.
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated construction professional to help lead and grow our operations. This is a startup opportunity with real upside for someone who wants to build something long-term. You will manage projects, coordinate crews, and help bring in and execute construction deals as we scale.
Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and job schedules Estimate and oversee construction jobs Read blueprints and construction plans Oversee framing, roofing, drywall, painting, masonry, flooring, epoxy, decks, carpentry, and renovations Ensure quality, safety, and project completion Support company growth into larger commercial and development work.
Compensation Commission paid per project/deal successfully acquired and completed As the company grows and becomes cash-flow positive, this role transitions into a six-figure salaried leadership position High earning potential tied directly to performance and company growth.
Requirements Construction experience required (2+ years preferred) Ability to manage job sites and crews Knowledge of multiple trades Ability to read blueprints, Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong leadership and communication skills GC license preferred but not required.
