Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with experience in the corrugated packaging industry to support maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment. This role focuses heavily on electrical systems, PLCs, and automation to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase
- Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC-controlled equipment (troubleshooting and programming)
- Maintain and repair motors, drives, sensors, relays, and control circuits
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on corrugator and converting equipment
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics and blueprints
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, OSHA)
Qualifications:
- Valid Electrical License/Journeyman Electrical
- Experience in corrugated packaging or similar manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of: PLC systems (Allen-Bradley or similar) & Industrial electrical systems (up to 480V)
- Ability to troubleshoot automation and control systems
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

License/Certification:
