Summit on Second Apartment is hiring a Part-time maintenance person. This position will be 20 hours per week. We are looking for a dependable, energetic individual with maintenance background and good communication skills. Duties include general repair, painting, grounds maintenance. Some experience with plumbing, electrical, heating and appliance repair a plus. This position is also required to do some common area and vacant unit cleaning.
The position is eligible for Paid time off and you start earning your first day!
