As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Compliance Coordinator to join our team.
Job Summary
The Compliance Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing compliance of our providers while assisting with day-to-day administrative and Human Resources functions.
This position is responsible for coordinating required documentation, maintaining accurate and confidential records, communicating with providers throughout the onboarding and compliance process, and providing administrative support to the HR team and other office staff.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate professionally with both internal team members and providers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new providers, including collecting required paperwork and credentials, reviewing documentation for completeness, tracking outstanding items, and ensuring timely submission of required materials
- Communicate with providers throughout the onboarding process and provide guidance regarding documentation, company requirements, policies, and procedures
- Monitor ongoing provider documentation and credentialing requirements to maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records
- Build positive relationships with providers to encourage timely document compliance and support a positive provider experience
- Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential employee and provider records
- Update internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, and personnel files as needed
- Provide administrative support for Human Resources functions, which may include maintaining personnel records, preparing and organizing HR documentation, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, and supporting other HR-related processes and initiatives
- Assist with general office administration, including data entry, filing, scanning, document organization, and the secure handling and shredding of confidential materials
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure onboarding, compliance, and administrative needs are addressed efficiently
- Assist with special projects and other administrative initiatives as needed
- Attend, participate in, and provide support for company events as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on departmental and organizational needs
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 1+ years of professional office, administrative, Human Resources, compliance, or related experience
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and personable communication style when interacting with providers and colleagues
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and other office technology
- Experience within Special Education, Related Services, healthcare, education, Human Resources, credentialing, or compliance is a plus
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with 1 hour paid lunch)

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
