Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, polished bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the balance of speed, hospitality, and attention to detail. This role requires confidence behind the bar, strong guest engagement, and the ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and precision
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to bar guests and tables
- Handle high-volume service, especially during peak and theater nights
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Accurately manage tabs, payments, and cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years bartending experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be 21+ with valid BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain)
