Position Overview
At The Miale Team, marketing is more than social media posts or pretty graphics—it's how we create unforgettable experiences, tell meaningful stories, strengthen relationships, and keep our brand consistently in front of our community.
We're looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and creative Marketing & Events Manager to own the planning, coordination, and execution of our consumer-facing marketing initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into reality. You'll take concepts from leadership and transform them into polished campaigns, engaging events, compelling content, and memorable client experiences. From coordinating photo and video shoots to planning client appreciation events, managing vendors, overseeing creative deliverables, and ensuring every campaign launches on time, you'll be the person keeping every moving piece aligned.
Success in this role isn't measured by how many graphics you create—it's measured by your ability to organize projects, anticipate needs, manage details, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and consistently execute at a high level.
If you thrive on organization, love checking boxes, enjoy building relationships, and get energized by seeing a project come together from start to finish, you'll fit right in.
