Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage guest flow will ensure every visitor feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using systems Toast and Resy
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring smooth guest flow throughout service
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate seating and guest needs
- Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing information about the restaurant and reservation procedures
Experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services best practices
- Prior serving or food service experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
