Senior Supply Chain Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Identify and apply industry best practices to develop practical business solutions
- Collaborate with business process leaders to define and document essential business requirements
- Perform gap analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications
- Provide comprehensive training across all organizational levels to ensure user confidence and system adoption
- Facilitate conference room pilots and address any issues to ensure a smooth system go-live
- Support clients with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (3.2+ GPA)
- 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant
- Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution
Willingness to travel up to 60%
