Part-Time Administrative / Creative Assistant
Iconic Pineapple is an established, award-winning wall décor manufacturer located in West Friendship, Maryland. We are a wholesale company that creates, markets, and sells artwork and mirrors to furniture stores, interior design firms, and commercial/hospitality companies across the U.S.
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our Creative Director with day-to-day creative, production, and office tasks. This role is a mix of hands on production, computer work, sales rep support, and general office organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and organizing marketing materials for sales representatives
- Cutting, packaging, and shipping printed materials and catalogs
- Using Photoshop to resize, save, prepare, and print artwork files
- Preparing print files for orders and uploading them to Dropbox
- Emailing sales reps with updates, reminders, and customer information
- Organizing Excel and Google Sheets for internal use
- Tracking hours and completed tasks in Google Sheets
- Assisting with showroom preparation and general office tasks
- Supporting the Creative Director with creative and administrative projects as needed
Ideal candidate:
- Has beginner to advanced Photoshop experience, or a strong willingness to learn
- Has a general understanding of Adobe softwares
- Is comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, email, and Dropbox
- Can handle both computer-based tasks and hands-on production tasks
- Is dependable, organized, and careful with details
- Has a positive attitude and is interested in a long-term part-time position
- Experience using AI tools is a plus, but not required
This is a part-time position, approximately 15–20 hours per week. This could be a great fit for a student, retired person, or someone looking for part-time creative office work in a small business environment.
