A loving family in San Jose, CA (95131) is seeking a kind and outgoing Nanny/Household Support to provide full-time, long-term care for their three-year-old and soon to be infant (EDD end of June), beginning June 25th.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Compensation: $35 - 40/hr (PTO, Holidays off, Health Stipend, sick days)
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Handle daily school transportation, including toddler drop-off at 9:30am and occasional pick-up at 4:30pm.
- Provide attentive newborn care between school runs, including bottle feeding, diaper changes, and general infant support.
- Assist as a mother's helper, balancing childcare responsibilities with household support as needed.
- Load and unload the dishwasher and help maintain clean, organized common areas.
- Complete family and baby laundry, including washing, folding, and putting items away.
- Tidy and organize children's rooms, play spaces, and other family areas throughout the day.
- Run grocery errands once or twice per week and assist with household organization as needed.

A nurturing presence and strong interpersonal skills are important, as the family values someone who feels approachable, caring, and enthusiastic about childcare. The ideal candidate must be a confident driver and, preferably, have their own reliable vehicle for transportation needs.
Note: Must be open to collaboration, as both parents work a hybrid schedule, and mom will be home for a few months after giving birth to 2nd child.
