Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
- Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine environment
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest use
- Support janitorial responsibilities by restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring restrooms are hygienic and well-stocked
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and report them promptly
- Help oversee custodial tasks across the property, including industrial cleaning projects when required
- Support housekeeping management by coordinating schedules, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality standards enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Demonstrated ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
