As The Home Depot Water Treatment Pro, we combine premium products, education-first consultations, and a strong retail partnership to deliver high-impact solutions that improve water quality, protect homes, and enhance everyday life.
We are seeking driven, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a consultative, in-home sales role where you will conduct water quality assessments, educate customers, and recommend customized water treatment solutions.
Top-performing representatives will receive company-provided leads, while also building and managing their own pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot assigned store location

Perform in-store setups and engagement activities to generate additional leads

Manage and grow your sales pipeline by:

Working company-provided leads

Generating self-sourced leads (referrals, door knocking, follow-ups)
Maintain a minimum average of 15 in-home demos per week

Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals toward closing

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism

Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to closing and installation scheduling

Experience in in-home sales, direct sales, or consultative sales (preferred)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust

Comfortable working evenings and weekends (typical for in-home sales)

Self-motivated with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset

Reliable transportation for local travel

Average 15+ in-home demos per week

Consistent follow-up and pipeline management

Ability to convert both company-provided and self-generated leads
