The Role:
You’ll be on the front lines finding great bikes at fair prices.
- Identify buying opportunities
- Communicate with sellers
- Negotiate purchases
- Collect VINs & documentation
- Coordinate deals through final approval
This is a production-based role — drive and follow-through matter.

- Coachable and system-oriented
- Able to execute without constant oversight
- Responsive and detail-focused
- Genuine love for powersports
Compensation:
- Hourly + Commission
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- $4,700 – $7,800/month depending on performance
- Full-time, long-term opportunity
