What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate fence and deck installation crews
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Promote a safe and productive work environment
- Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required
- Construction, carpentry, fencing, or decking experience preferred
- Leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus
