Serving, bartending or barista experience preferred.
High school diploma preferred.
Here at Elevate Coffee we are looking to add an individual ready to learn coffee; the way we like to fix it and excited to serve the Hermitage area, to our team. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in FAST PACED work environments and can handle HIGH STRESS situations with a smile.
Because we are a coffee shop we open at 5 in the morning, it is recommended that you are a morning person!
There is a REQUIRED, two week training period where you will not make tips. After this training period, you can make up to 30/hr including tips.
Being available to work closing shifts 12:30pm-7pm is REQUIRED. We also are looking for someone who is available to work both Saturdays & Sundays.
