We are growing fast and looking for a high-performing, detail-obsessed, solutions-driven Admin / Arborist Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a key player in building something great.
This is not just an admin job. This role sits at the center of our branch operations — supporting our Sales Arborists, customers, and General Manager while helping us continuously improve how we operate.

What You’ll Own & Drive
Sales & Customer Support

Proactively generate leads through outbound calls and follow-up campaigns

Prepare and send professional proposals

Coordinate and manage multiple Sales Arborist calendars
-
Deliver exceptional customer service on inbound calls
-
Build strong customer relationships and confidently process payments
-
Maintain a clean, accurate CRM database
Operations Support

Support Sales Arborists with documentation, scheduling, and workflow coordination
-
Ensure paperwork, permits, and internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently
-
Monitor call quality and participate in coaching and training sessions
Support the Office and General Managers

Act as a right-hand support to the OM& GM in daily branch operations

Help track key metrics and ensure operational accountability

Assist in implementing new systems, workflows, and process changes

Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements

Take the lead on rolling out process improvements across the branch
