Our Sales Management Trainee position is designed for people who enjoy working with others, like being challenged, and want to earn greater responsibility through performance. Whether your background is in restaurant service, hospitality, athletics, the military, customer service, or sales, you'll have the opportunity to build valuable business and leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Everyone in our office starts by learning sales firsthand. We believe the best leaders understand the business from the ground up before moving into recruiting, training, and leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Represent nationally recognized brands inside our retail partner locations
- Meet with customers, answer questions, and recommend products and services based on their needs
- Build communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills through daily coaching
- Work alongside an experienced team in a goal-oriented environment
- Learn how to consistently hit individual and team performance goals

What We Offer
- Weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
