Direct Support Staff will assist Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities via person-centered monitoring, training, education, and demonstration. As a DSP you will assist the individual with acquisition and retention skills in the following areas; leisure/educational and community/public activities. Direct Support staff are to lead and guide individuals in being productive within the community and their home.
Direct Support Staff Requirements:
1. 18 years of age or older.
2. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
3. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
4. Experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred.
5. Must exhibit organizational and time management skills.
6. Must be technologically savvy.
***We are currently looking to hire for 2nd shift 4pm-12am and 3rd shift 12am-8am***
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
