The Supervisor position will be filled by a team member who possesses strong leadership skills to create a positive, customer-focused, results-driven work atmosphere for their team. Their primary focus is associate coaching and development, performance and quality management to client expectations, along with associate accountability/management to adhere to policies and processes defined for the contact center.
