As a key leader on our operations team, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track and teams aligned:

Lead and oversee all field operations for residential HVAC installations

Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to keep projects moving efficiently

Maintain quality standards and ensure a strong customer experience

Serve as the connection point between Sales, Warehouse, and Installation teams

Partner with the Division Manager on timelines, performance goals, and budgets
You’ll set the pace, remove obstacles, and make sure the team finishes strong.

Experience in production or operations management (HVAC preferred)

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A results-driven mindset with attention to quality and customer satisfaction

Someone who takes ownership and leads by example

Competitive salary: $70,000–$90,000 DOE
