Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, hotels, offices, and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Execute specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and floor stripping to maintain pristine surfaces
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in excellent condition
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or training new team members
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces such as carpets, hardwood floors, tiles, and upholstery
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety procedures related to cleaning products and equipment
- Hands-on experience with laundry operations and floor care equipment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Previous roles involving commercial cleaning or housekeeper management will be considered an asset
