Generation Development is hiring a full-time Customer Success Representative to join our outreach team in Houston, TX. This entry-level Customer Success Representative role focuses on creating positive experiences, building relationships, and helping customers feel informed, welcomed, and supported during community outreach campaigns and live events.
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll work directly with people every day. You'll answer questions, support outreach initiatives, assist with event promotions, and help ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. What You'll Do as a Customer Success Representative:
- Create positive customer experiences during outreach campaigns, events, and community promotions
- Engage directly with customers and provide helpful, accurate information about ongoing initiatives
- Assist with event promotions and outreach activities throughout the Houston area
- Support customers through each interaction with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Help maintain organized event displays and promotional materials during promotions
- Work closely with fellow Customer Success Representative team members to achieve outreach goals
- Represent nonprofit initiatives in a positive and professional manner during promotions
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation
