Front Desk / Guest Experience – Dogtopia
Love dogs and people? Dogtopia is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our daycare!
As a Front Desk / Guest Experience team member, you'll be one of the first people our pet parents interact with. You'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door while keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Greet pet parents and their dogs with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage daily check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, texts, and customer questions
- Schedule daycare, boarding, grooming, and spa appointments
- Educate pet parents about Dogtopia's services, memberships, and programs
- Assist new customers with enrollment and getting started at Dogtopia
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer accounts
- Communicate important information between pet parents and the Canine Coach team
- Provide updates and help resolve customer questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby/front desk area
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks throughout the day
- Build relationships with our pet parents and help make Dogtopia their dog's favorite place
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is outgoing, dependable, organized, and comfortable talking with customers. Previous customer service, hospitality, receptionist, or sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

- Excellent at communicating with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable answering phones and handling multiple tasks at once

- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Able to remain positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable discussing services, memberships, and making recommendations to customers
- Dependable and punctual
- A team player who's willing to jump in and help when needed
- Comfortable around dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels
- Available for scheduled shifts, which may include weekends and holidays
