Job Description: Harvesting
Reports To: Harvest
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85017
Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm,
Pay Rate: $16-00-$17.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
Job Summary:
The harvest team are responsible for all flower and room maintenance after the plants reach their harvesting stage. After harvesting, the team breaks down the plants and maintains and cleans the rooms after.
Key Accountability:
The harvest team are directly accountable to the harvest/trim manager. The managers conduct 90-day reviews, and the entire company holds annual performance reviews.

Qualifications:
- No cultivation or industry experience necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Must be able to pass a federal criminal background check with no felonies.
- Must possess an AZ Driver License, AZ Identification card, or U.S Passport.
Abilities Required:
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to remain standing and stationary throughout a full 8-hour shift.
- Ability to bend, twist, and crouch repeatedly throughout a full 8-hour shift.
- Ability to position oneself into tight spaces.
- Ability to refrain from tobacco use for a full 8-hour shift (including breaks).
- Ability to work beyond an 8-hour shift and overtime when necessary.
- Ability to work in Various types of Climates
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Harvesting:
- Cuts down finished plants in grow rooms.
- Hangs plant to de-leaf large leaves.
- Preps plant to be placed into dry room.
- Disassembles room, pots, and irrigation supplies for cleaning.
- Cleans grow rooms after fully harvested: includes floors, walls, trays, etc.
