Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and proactive Clubhouse Attendants with Golf Experience to provide exceptional guest experiences at our Golf Course. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various clubhouse activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, readying equipment for play and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team, engaging with guests of all ages and helping to coordinate events and services to enhance their stay. Evening and weekend hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, inquiries, and requests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or retail sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse area, including recreational facilities.
- Enforce safety rules and respond appropriately to guest concerns or conflicts.
- Support event management by coordinating entertainment, performances, or themed activities.
- Skills
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Cash handling experience for processing transactions efficiently.
- Background in food service or resort operations is advantageous.
- Able to work independently
- Able to stay busy and assist where needed
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Retail Sales : 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
