Duties
- Capture professional-grade photographs of residential and commercial properties using advanced photography lighting equipment and techniques.
- Operate drones safely and legally under Part 107 regulations to obtain compelling aerial footage that enhances property listings.
- Conduct aerial videography flight operations, ensuring optimal shot composition and smooth footage for marketing materials.
- Maintain photography gear, drone equipment, and accessories to ensure optimal performance during shoots.
- Uphold safety standards during drone flight operations while navigating complex environments or challenging weather conditions.
- Assist in art direction for shoots when needed, ensuring shot composition aligns with marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Licensed Drone Pilot) with experience in commercial drone operation.
- Proven experience in real estate photography or architectural photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and artistic vision.
- Strong understanding of shot composition principles tailored to real estate marketing needs.
- Excellent client communication skills to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results on time.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of photography gear including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and stabilization tools is essential.
