About the Role
We are looking for one Massage Therapist to work between 10–40 hours per week.
Compensation & Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- 50% commission on all services provided
- 100% of tips

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to client needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, calming treatment space
- Build rapport with clients to support retention and overall wellness
- Educate clients on aftercare and complementary wellness services
- Maintain all required licensure and adhere to professional standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist in Michigan (required)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for holistic health
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $37.50 - $50.00 per hour
