Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right vehicle.
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
- Learn our vehicles, products, and sales process.
- Work with the sales team and managers to achieve individual and dealership goals.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude and contribute to a strong team culture.
- Ask for the sale and confidently help customers through the buying process.
- Build a customer base through follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.
- Be coachable, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
