Senior Sales Estimator — Home Remodeling
OTE $200k–$300k | 10% Commission + Overage | 401(k) 3% Match + Medical
Location: Western Washington. We are looking to add one estimator north of Seattle and one estimator south of Seattle.
At Evergreen Home Exteriors, the customer experience is the product—from first call to final closeout. We don’t sell jobs; we deliver world-class experiences and back them with production-ready sales orders.
Role
Run pre-scheduled, in-home consultative appointments and align design, budget, and scope. Produce complete, executable sales orders—no follow-up needed for production. Manage expectations and document them clearly in the contract and scope-of-work details. Sell across decks, kitchens, baths, siding, windows, roofs, garages, and DADUs. You are willing and able to learn any knowledge you don’t yet have to accurately sell each product and service.

Compensation & Benefits
Commission-only role with 10% commission on revenue, plus overage on revenue above base pricing.
Expected earnings are $200,000–$350,000 based on actual sales reps’ past performance.

What You Bring
A proven track record, sales ability, and a willingness to learn. Some understanding of construction is required. What you don’t know, you must be willing to learn. If you can sell we can teach you the rest. You must have a desire to be the best, no exceptions.
