We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. Responsibilities
- Monitor designated areas to prevent and detect signs of over intoxication, disturbances to the show, or potential threats in a fast paced environment.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Provide assistance during conflicts, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety and compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior or activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Must have possesion of an active California Guard Card.
- Must obtain California Responsible Beverage Beverage Service certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with guests and managers.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
