Schedule
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Typical work week: 40-50 hours
- Limited on-call rotation
- No regularly scheduled Sunday work
- Saturday work is rare and generally reserved for emergency situations
- Leadership actively works to minimize after-hours service calls
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Commission and start up newly installed equipment
- Lead service calls and complex troubleshooting projects
- Support installation teams and mentor less experienced technicians
- Maintain accurate service documentation and customer communication
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and team members
Qualifications
- Journeyman HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with residential HVAC service and repair
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- EPA Certification preferred
- Experience with geothermal, controls, and IAQ systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What they offer:
Compensation
$75,000 - $85,000yr
~Compensation is based on experience, certifications, and overall qualifications.
Additional earning opportunities include:
- Overtime
- Emergency service calls
- Performance incentives
Hourly compensation options are also available for candidates who prefer an hourly structure.
PTO: 15 Days with all major holidays
