General Job Description
Our Front of House team is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences through genuine hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail. Whether welcoming guests, guiding the dining experience, delivering food, supporting service, or ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room, every team member plays an essential role in bringing our hospitality to life.
Front of House Team Members are responsible for providing warm, attentive, and efficient service while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Success in this role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
This position works under general supervision while exercising initiative, sound judgment, and a commitment to outstanding guest service. Team members are expected to support one another across all areas of the dining room, contributing to a collaborative, hospitality-driven culture. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest through genuine hospitality and attentive service.
- Support smooth daily operations by maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready dining and service areas.
- Accurately take, prepare, deliver, and support food and beverage service while ensuring quality, presentation, and timing standards are met.
- Assist in coordinating the flow of service between the dining room and kitchen to promote efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members regarding orders, modifications, timing, and special requests.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, and allergy awareness to confidently assist guests.
- Anticipate guest and team needs, providing proactive support throughout each shift.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally, resolving issues whenever possible and escalating when appropriate.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with all Front of House and Back of House team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and operational excellence.
- Perform opening, running, and closing side work to ensure the restaurant remains fully prepared for service.
- Support additional Front of House responsibilities as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications & Availability
- Must have night time availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience preferred (restaurants, hotels, hospitality, or sales)
- Strong people skills, outward energy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction
Certifications
- Food Safety and RBS certification required
- If not currently certified, employee must complete certifications within 30 days of hire

The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Remaining in a stationary position up to 80% of the time

- Working outdoors on patios in varying weather conditions
