Supporting 2 high-support adult males
Schedule:
- Tuesday – Saturday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Meridian)
Position #2 – Meridian & Kuna
Supporting 2 high-support adult males at each home
Schedule:
- Sunday & Monday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Meridian)
- Friday & Saturday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Kuna)
Position #3 – Boise
Supporting 1 intense-support adult male
Applicants must be comfortable providing full-assist personal hygiene, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and other personal care needs.
This position offers a $0.50 per hour shift differential for all hours worked at this home after successful completion of training.
Schedule:
- Sunday, Monday & Thursday: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Boise)
Position #4 – Boise & Kuna
Supporting 1 intense-support adult male in Boise and 2 high-support adult males in Kuna
Schedule:
- Tuesday – Thursday: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Kuna)
- Friday & Saturday: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Boise– $0.50/hour shift differential after training)
About the Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will assist individuals with daily living skills while promoting independence, dignity, and personal growth. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a lasting impact on the lives of those you support.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist with daily personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, shaving, oral care, hair care, dressing, toileting, and maintaining appropriate hygiene.
- Prepare and serve meals while encouraging healthy eating habits and appropriate table manners.
- Assist with community outings, appointments, transportation, shopping, and recreational activities.
- Teach and encourage independent living skills.
- Observe and report changes in health, mood, or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary home environment.
- Help protect individuals from physical, verbal, or emotional abuse while ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administer medications after completing required training and certification.
- Follow all infection control policies and company procedures.
- Communicate important information during shift changes.
- Attend required trainings, in-service meetings, and staff meetings.
- Maintain compliance with Idaho Residential Habilitation regulations and Phoenix Management policies.
- Treat all individuals, coworkers, guardians, and community partners with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors or administration.
Qualifications
Required
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able and willing to successfully pass a Criminal History Background Check through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
Preferred
- CPR Certification.
- Assistance with Medications (SAMS) Certification.
