Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Inside Sales Coordinator. This role will work closely with PSC Regional Relationship Mangers, Customers and Leadership Team to support business objectives, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
PSC is the world’s leading company dedicated to the design, supply, servicing and support of shiplift dry-docks and transfer systems that range in lifting capacity from Mega Yachts and fishing vessels to large commercial and naval ships. The successful candidate will be based at our South Florida headquarters, located 14 miles south of the Miami International Airport.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries received via email/telephone/internal team
- Respond to all customer communications promptly and professionally, ensuring timely follow-up on open requests
- Accurately log and track all inbound inquiries and correspondence in the CRM or inquiry management system
- Coordinate with internal technical and procurement teams to gather information required to address customer requests
SPARE PARTS QUOTATIONS
- Prepare and issue accurate spare parts quotations in response to customer requests, referencing current pricing, part numbers, and lead times
- Liaise with the procurement and engineering teams to confirm parts availability, compatibility, and sourcing options
- Follow up on outstanding quotations to support conversion and keep customers informed of status changes
- Maintain an organized record of issued quotations and revisions for audit and reference purposes
DRAFT
TECHNICAL SERVICE VISIT QUOTATIONS
- Develop and issue quotations for technical service visits, including site visits, commissioning support, inspections, and field service calls
- Coordinate with field engineering and project management teams to scope service visit requirements, duration, and resource needs
- Ensure service quotations accurately reflect applicable rates, travel and mobilization costs, and any customer-specific contractual terms
- Track service quotation acceptance and hand off confirmed visits to the field operations team for scheduling
SALES SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts, site histories, and order activity to support accurate and efficient quoting
- Support the broader sales team with pipeline reporting, quotation status tracking, and customer follow-up activity
- Identify and escalate opportunities for expanded service or parts sales based on customer inquiry patterns
- Assist in continuous improvement of quotation templates, pricing schedules, and internal processes to increase response speed and accuracy
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
· Professional judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a positive attitude
· Flexibility and capability to work multiple projects with tight deadlines
· Must be deadline-driven and have ability to work and succeed in fast-paced and high-stress environments.
· Superior writing skills and proficiency in MS Office programs
· Proactive approach/self-starter/takes initiative
· Legally authorized to work in the USA (USA Citizen/Green Card/Visa valid for over 5 years)
Preferred Qualifications
· A technical background/understanding of shipyards, shipbuilders, construction industry and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements
· A proven ability to interact and remain productive in large bid/proposal teams.
· Experience using Oracle Netsuite ERP
· US/UK/AUS Security Clearance

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Work setting: In Person at South Miami Headquarters (12805 SW 84th Ave, Road, Miami, FL 33156)
· Schedule: Standard business hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM
· Travel requirements: Minimal
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
