We are currently seeking a Sous Chef who shares our passion for culinary excellence and hospitality. In this leadership role, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to craft innovative menus, elevate kitchen operations, and create a dining experience that’s as unforgettable as our entertainment.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with the Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across our restaurant, special events, and catering programs
- Inspire, hire, train, and manage a talented kitchen team
- Play a key role in menu planning and seasonal updates that showcase creativity and fresh ingredients
- Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain food and labor costs within budget while maximizing productivity
- Uphold the highest standards of kitchen safety, sanitation, and compliance
- Handle scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and a positive kitchen culture
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Sous Chef or similar leadership role
- Strong kitchen management and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse culinary team
- Experience in menu development and cost control
- Commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant certification is preferred
- Passion for hospitality and a collaborative spirit
