Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily financial transactions
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Operate phone systems and respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including processing reservations and managing guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of hospitality management or hotel operations is a bonus
