El Gran Tako is looking for great team members to join our growing team! We are a specialty Mexican restaurant located in Lexington, Kentucky, offering fixed shifts, full-time hours, and a fun, fast-paced work environment. Basic Spanish is required.
Server Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks
- Check on guests to ensure a great dining experience
- Process payments and ring up customers
- Bus and reset tables
- Assist with general cleaning and maintaining a clean dining area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience required
- Basic Spanish speaking skills required
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
