This is a Regular Full Time Position.
As a Guest Experience Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for:
Creating personalized reservation experiences for guests based upon their individual needs such as:- Room Accommodations
- Planning for wellness Journey classes and/or Spa bookings
- Offer transportation arrangements to/from the airport
- In addition, process payments & send confirmations of preplanned services
- Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
- Stays in compliance with the dress code by staying in a neat, clean, and tidy appearance
- Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests, team members and leadership.
- Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model.
- Support the concierge team in lobby during high business levels and take on concierge shift coverage if needed (which may include to assist guests with arrivals and/or departures)
