The Role
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a designated book of clients, managing their insurance needs with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Management: Lead the renewal and remarketing process, coordinating with carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing.
- Consultative Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients on coverage gaps, policy structures, and strategic insurance decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the onboarding of new accounts, manage endorsements, handle claims inquiries, and resolve complex client issues by working closely with underwriters.
- Data Integrity: Utilize AMS360 to maintain comprehensive, accurate client records and document all servicing activities.
- Professional Development: Mentor junior team members and stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Licensing: Active P&C insurance license is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 required.
- Core Competencies: Proven ability to manage a book of business, strong negotiation skills, and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
