The not-so-glamorous part?
You're going to clean.
Really clean.
There will be toilets.
There will be showers.
There will be pet hair.
There will occasionally be homes that are dirtier than you expected.
You'll vacuum, mop, scrub, dust, bend, reach and stay on your feet for much of the day.
You may sweat.
You'll drive from one client's home to another.
And we expect you to work at a good pace while still doing a great job.

What Does a Day at TLC Look Like?
You'll choose to work from one of our service areas:
Grand Forks, ND
You will work within approximately a 30-mile radius of Grand Forks.
During your day, you'll travel to clients' homes and clean using TLC Cleaning's professional systems, products and checklists.
Your day may include:
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, showers and tubs
- Cleaning kitchens
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming
- Mopping floors
- Removing pet hair
- Cleaning appliance exteriors
- Spot-cleaning areas throughout the home
- Bending, reaching, lifting and moving throughout the day
- Driving between client homes
- Working independently or with another team member
- Following TLC's cleaning systems and checklists
- Communicating with our office when needed
- Making corrections if something isn't up to our standards

You do not need professional cleaning experience.
We provide paid training and teach you TLC Cleaning's systems.
Some of our strongest employees had never professionally cleaned before they started here.
We can teach you how we clean.

Most importantly, we need people who understand that being trusted inside someone's home is a big responsibility.
