About the role
We're an authorized AT&T sales partner hiring Bilingual Wireless Associates. You'll meet customers face-to-face at host locations inside small partner businesses across [city/area] — building real relationships, explaining their options, and helping them get connected to AT&T wireless, internet, and TV products.
Spanish is required — most of our customers speak Spanish at home, so we need someone who can walk them through plans, pricing, and activation in their preferred language. Conversational or entry-level Spanish is okay — full fluency is not required.
What you'll do
- Engage customers in English and Spanish at our small business host locations
- Present AT&T Wireless plans, AT&T Fiber, AT&T Internet Air, and DIRECTV products
- Process new activations, upgrades, BYOD, port-ins, and add-on services
- Hit weekly activation and product-mix goals
- Show up to daily training and apply what you learn the same day
- Build relationships with new customers and represent AT&T professionally

Requirements
- Spanish (conversational or better — full fluency not required)
- 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers daily
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
