Requirements:
Must work rotating weekends.
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least 1 year of home care experience , or a Home Health Aide (HHA) with a 75-hour course certificate .

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care.
- Providing support during exercise routines and other fitness-related activities.
- Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Supporting medication management and safety monitoring.

- Monitor and record vital signs, as well as any changes in the client's condition
- Provide mobility assistance and support for safe transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to your supervisor
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
Must be a CNA or a HHA with a 75 hour course certificate to qualify
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing care to elderly or disabled individuals in a home or healthcare setting
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Current TB test
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and transfer clients who require assistance with mobility
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach to perform various tasks
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
