Position Overview:
The Marketing & Practice Relations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of Commonwealth Endodontics. As our dedicated marketing professional, this individual will take ownership of a broad range of initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with referring doctors and their teams, enhancing our digital presence, and promoting our practice within the community.
This highly visible, independent role works closely with practice leadership and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through strategic outreach, referral relationship management, website and social media management, SEO and analytics tracking, event planning, branded materials, promotional campaigns, and practice growth initiatives.
We are looking for a relationship-driven, organized, and creative self-starter who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table, managing a variety of projects, and building meaningful connections. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to expand their skill set, comfortable taking initiative, and excited by the opportunity to fully own and shape the marketing efforts of a growing multi-location specialty dental practice.
This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where they can develop professionally, contribute ideas, and gain broad experience across all areas of marketing, communications, and practice development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives targeting both referring doctors and patients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and their teams through consistent outreach and engagement
- Manage referring doctor database, tracking systems, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities
- Oversee the practice’s online presence, including social media, website content, online reviews, and SEO performance
- Create and maintain branded marketing materials and promotional resources
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events from concept through completion
- Assist with marketing budget planning, tracking, and implementation
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute ideas that support practice growth and improvement
- Support practice-wide initiatives including customer service improvements, expansion efforts, and process development
- Facilitate promotional campaigns and community outreach efforts
- Perform additional duties and special projects as needed
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with doctors, team members, and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, website management, and analytics (or ability to learn quickly)

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or related field (required)
- Equivalent experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare/dental office administration with a focus on relationships and communication will also be considered
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between office locations as needed (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new digital platforms (required)
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (required)
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds (required)
- HIPAA and OSHA compliance (required)
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
