Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Apartment Building Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of residential apartment complexes. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and recreational spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Handle chemical agents safely for tasks such as floor care, window washing, and surface disinfecting, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
- Operate carpet cleaners, and other custodial equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and floor care.
- Conduct light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities, supply inventories, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repair needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within residential or commercial settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, and chemical agent handling.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safe lifting practices.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
