What does a Relief Store Manager do?
Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
Support multiple FastLane locations to keep operations running smoothly
Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed

Experience, Education & Training

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service-related industries

Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a customer-focused culture
