Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Multiple-Subject Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. As a Multiple-Subject Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching various subjects to middle school students, planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to meet the needs of each student. You will also collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in professional development activities to continuously improve your teaching practices. This is an on-site role located in Compton, CA.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Commitment to the success and well-being of every student
- Experience in training and mentoring students
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices (MTSS, PBIS, UDL)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Valid CTC Issued Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
