The Network Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Credit Union's enterprise technology infrastructure, including networking, virtualization, storage, voice communications, cyber security, and supporting systems. This positions ensures infrastructure remains secure, reliable, highly available, and aligned with business needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
A successful Network Administrator will be able to do:

Promote TopLine Financial Credit Union's service culture, values, and commitment to teamwork by providing technical leadership, collaboration, and exceptional customer service throughout the organization.

Design, implement, administer, monitor, and maintain the Credit Union's enterprise infrastructure, including networking, virtualization, storage, voice communications, end-user computing, security technologies, and supporting hardware and software.

Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security; proactively identify risks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement solutions that ensure reliable, secure, and highly available systems.

Plan, coordinate, test, and implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, hardware refreshes, and technology deployments while minimizing business disruption and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, disaster recovery plans, asset inventories, software licensing, warranties, and support agreements.

Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to resolve technical issues, coordinate support activities, and manage the lifecycle of enterprise hardware and software.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements that enhance security, operational efficiency, scalability, resilience, and business continuity.

Ensure enterprise infrastructure complies with Credit Union security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices by administering system access, managing vulnerabilities, supporting audits, and maintaining appropriate security controls.

Serve as a technical resource by providing advanced troubleshooting, technical guidance, and escalation support to Information Systems staff and business units.

Participate in an on-call rotation and perform after-hours maintenance, upgrades, and emergency support as required.
Salary Range: $81, 380.62 – $101,725.78 (salary)

Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and relevant experience.

Five (5) or more years of experience administering and supporting enterprise infrastructure, including networking, virtualization, storage, Microsoft technologies, and cybersecurity.

Three (3) or more years administering Citrix XenApp, published desktops and applications.

Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, storage systems, endpoint computing, and security technologies.

Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructure systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational, project management, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support for maintenance, upgrades, and critical production incidents.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure within a financial institution or other highly regulated environment.

Relevant industry certifications, such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, Microsoft, Citrix, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent credentials.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID, backup and disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.

Proficiency with PowerShell or other scripting and automation tools.

Experience leading infrastructure projects, collaborating with vendors, and evaluating emerging technologies to support business objectives.

Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency while maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise systems.
