Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Development Coordinator to join our team and drive our fundraising and relationship-building efforts forward. In this vital role, you will support strategic planning initiatives, manage databases and CRM softwares to maximize our organization’s impact. Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate individual donors contributing $10,000.00 and under.
- Process and acknowledge charitable contributions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate donor stewardship activities including thankyou letters, impact updates, and recognition.
- Support donor tours and introductory meetings as requested.
- Assist with annual appeals, Giving Tuesday Campaigns, and monthly giving initiatives.
- Effective relationship management skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with strategic planning processes within nonprofit or similar organizations is a plus.
- Recruit, schedule, and communicate with volunteers supporting fundraising events only.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
